Microsoft Dynamics Navision Implementation (2010):

Spearheaded transition from MAS 500 to Microsoft Dynamics Navision, integrating accounting, HR, payroll, and financial operations into unified system. Recognized with Business Excellence Award in Q4 2011 for outstanding contributions to this project.

Ultipro Implementation (2016):

Played critical role in consolidating payroll processes for 1000 employees from five separate systems into one, ensuring seamless payroll execution during initial transition phase.

Oracle (2019):

Acted as a subject-matter expert on the consolidation of Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Solomon SP, and two versions of Microsoft Great Plains systems into Oracle.  Primary resource for Microsoft team, working with outside consultants and internal associates to design solutions for best practices and new business processes for all areas impacting GL accounting, accounts payable, payroll, time tracking, client invoicing, accounts receivable and reporting.

SAP (2023):

Project lead for the North America region conversion of Microsoft AX to a Global enterprise version of SAP.  Collaborated with global resources to identify process and data gaps and managed all process leads in North America, ensuring on time delivery of testing results, data mappings and developing process changes.  Instrumental in communicating significant business impacts that resulted in the cancellation of the project.

Microsoft Great Plains (2024):

Managed the data and process conversion of Quickbooks to Great Plains and implemented new processes to accommodate complicated automations between operational platforms and the financial ERP.  Reduced month end processing time from 2 days to 3 hours.
